I am experienced and passionate about supporting teens and adults across life transitions, in grief/loss, relational conflict, self-esteem concerns, body image struggles, trauma, anxiety and depression.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out for support. Please know I hold this role in the highest regard and feel it an honor to walk any portion of your journey with you.
I provide trauma-informed inclusive care and continually take part in additional trainings and learning to best support my clients and expand my knowledge. I received my Master’s degree of Counselling from Gonzaga University and practice as a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC).
I’m a sucker for a good charcuterie or candy fruit salad. I love reading, meditation and yoga with a healthy dose of couch-rotting and reality tv. I love finding pockets of joy and happy in the mundane, day to day.
